Client’s Challenge
A 1930’s bungalow perched on a dramatic beachfront spot but in need of serious re design in order to bring it up to date and into the 21st century.
SHOLA’s Solution
Although the house was in the most glorious position it was of a different era and unfortunately wasn’t built to withstand decades of Irish weather. Plans were created to completely redevelop the site and although it was a new build the integrity of the site was maintained and respected.
