Client’s Challenge
The client wanted to build a new 2.5 storey over basement mews home in the rear garden of an existing house. The space was physically very tight and restrained by other developments either side of the plot. A basement was requested which required significant engineering skills to accomplish.

SHOLA’s in-house engineering and design team worked closely with the owners and contractor to design and create a stunning feat of design & engineering. A beautiful basement area housing a gym, utility and relaxing den was created below the 2.5 storey home adding to the clients further living space above.
